To set up IPTV on your MAG device, follow these steps carefully. Before you begin, it’s crucial to send us your MAC address so we can provide you with a portal address. Here’s how to proceed:
Step 1: Obtain Your MAC Address
- Locate the MAC Address:
- Find the MAC address on the back of your MAG device or navigate to Settings > About on your device.
- The MAC address will start with 00:1A:79.
- Send Your MAC Address:
- Contact us through our support channels (email or live chat) and provide your MAC address. We will send you the necessary portal address.
Step 2: Setting Up IPTV on Your MAG Device
Once you have received your portal information, follow these steps to set up IPTV:
- Power On Your MAG Device:
- Make sure your device is connected to the internet via Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
- Access Settings:
- From the main menu, click on Settings.
- Navigate to System Settings:
- Select System Settings from the settings menu.
- Connect to Network:
- Go to the Network section and ensure your device is connected to the internet.
- Enter Portal Information:
- Navigate to the Servers tab.
- Click on Portals.
- Enter the Portal Name and the Portal URL provided by us in the respective fields.
- Save Settings:
- After entering the portal information, click on Save.
- Restart Portal:
- Select the option to restart the portal for changes to take effect.
- Access IPTV Channels:
- Once the portal restarts, go back to the main menu and select IPTV Channels to start watching.
